I've been working at McDonald's for one year and 2 months. What I noticed about my store was trying new things to get improvements. We treat customers in better way, so that they come in with smiles every time. We, as a crew trainer, crew, and managers tries to keep friendly and polite to every customers no matter what. The working environment is very well managed. There is no conflicts and fight over. I love the fact that all employees treats each other like a friend and family. We always are in creative mode when it comes to pricing and new items. People get more excited coming to our restaurants than any other McDonald's (from what I discovered).

Compared to the whole store, our crew room where all employees take a break, is too small.
