I love the way MODUS does their internships, you are not there to be a coffee runner. You are an integral part of the team with important and satisfying work. You also get to enjoy all of the fun activities as the full-time employees which really helps build unity which is not hard as it is a fairly small company.

Since it is a small company work can slow down or speed up really fast so work can be a little unpredictable which is a plus for some.
