Racist environment (senior staff members unabashedly make racist jokes and use people of color as tokens for their marketing), severe micromanagement, abusive leadership (constructive criticism is a foreign concept), no room to learn/grow, lack of the community's voice in programming/mission, manipulation of data to promote programs, severe underpayment/poor benefits (think minimum wage), selfish and rude colleagues that you are required to socialize with as part of work, and finally, questionable mission (seems like the CEO is mostly using the organization to reimburse her travels and boost her ego).
