The CEO of this company is the worst kind of person you'll ever meet in life. Trying to reason with him is impossible. He has a particular ability to distort reality, to put words in your mouth, to force you to say or do things you don't want to. He's fake and manipulative. He pretends that you are in democracy and you can discuss with him, but as soon as you open your mouth he starts shouting at you. He doesn't know anything about music, lyrics or computer science. He has the English skills of a third grade kid. But he's always right, in any discussion. Or at least, according to him. You have no right to say anything. Period. His narcissism goes beyond every imaginable limit. But reality is that this company makes relatively modest revenues and it's not that relevant on a global level. Workload is huge and salaries are low. Therefore his expectations should be slightly adjusted. Keep in mind that, whenever you'll have issues with this person, nobody is going to defend you. You will be alone against him. Do you want to feel used? Do you want to feel scared? Do you want to feel thrown away like a piece of trash? Do you want to be left with a scar that is going to last in time? Well. Then, this is the place for you. Sad thing is that working there would be great without that person around. To everyone apply for a job at this company: reach former employees and ask around. If you still decide to apply, advice is to quit after the first time CEO gives you problems. Eventually you will give up anyway.
