      Lot of team politics and Bootlicking culture by role models to get good ratings from manager. Most of Pune Tegra Dev team not following Nvidia culture and code of conduct. Decision makers choose selfish decisions without thinking about project or company. You can't easily escalate issue to HR or higher management. If you do that your career vanishes with it. Do background study of team and then only join it.

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Svantaggi

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
