I don't understand why nvidia has hired them either. - Employees not respected and rewarded well unless you are favourite of your manager, (going to smoke together would help you to become favourite) - Waste and spineless Managers. - Not so good pay. - you would be demotivated during appraisal saying you didn't do something great and hence no hike or promotion for you despite you have been doing all that was required.
