An interim CPO joined in October and she’s been driving the culture across the entire organization downhill ever since. She leads with fear and is on a mission to cut any cost possible - resulting into unnecessary RIFs they try to cover up. Her entire leadership team has quit over the past 3 months and others are leaving almost weekly. Numerous employees are unhappy on all teams and are leaving the company left and right - many sharing their experiences on Glassdoor. In response to these many negative, but truthful reviews, HR has requested employees, including leadership and new hires, to leave positive ones to try and boost their overall rating. The company is constantly missing quarterly revenue goals. In my tenure, we've only hit one quarter of what was forecasted. The excuse is always "important big deals fell into the next quarter" and the cycle continues. They've had a plan to IPO for at least 7 years now that continues to get delayed year after year. My advice to anyone considering joining - pay attention to the negative reviews.
