      The work itself is mind numbing. Go read the coupon pages of your local grocery store, in detail, especially noting the size and specific kind of thing being advertised. Now do this for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.
