      The maximum flexibility, full time work from home, and flexible PTO all make Numerator a wonderful place to work. I am beyond appreciative. Numerator also offers a wonderful community with multiple ERGs, support groups, and engaging company events!

      Benefits are wonderful, but if you want to add your spouse or family to the PPO health plan (for US employees), it's unaffordable. The CDHP plan is affordable though for a family!

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
