7moThank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback, both the positives and the areas of concern. It’s encouraging to hear that aspects like overtime pay, pension, paternity leave, and the quality of installations are seen positively.
I also take the challenges you’ve outlined seriously, particularly regarding workload, how job handbacks are managed, sick pay policies, opportunities for upskilling, recognition, and compensation.
Your points about on-call pay, micro-management, and lack of benefits like gym access are also noted.
Feedback like this is valuable because it highlights areas where we can make real improvements to better support our team. While not every issue can be fixed, it may allow a better understanding as to why things are the way they are.
