Field team kept in the dark about upcoming changes. No clarity, involvement, transparency or vision. Workload expectations increase frequently with no pay increases. Workmates regularly burnt out or low morale Unskilled people in some roles. It's not what you know its who you know. People unrelated to renewables, heating or Metering employed creating incompetency within many roles. Too many middleman roles Promotions promised but not fulfilled No excessive workload sympathy or resolution from management Work life balance was good but no longer the case. Required time to complete jobs constantly reduced putting more pressure and creating less quality work. Massively political, egotistical and plenty of cliques in the workplace Octopus used to be about saving the planet, happy customers and happy workers but now it seems to be about profit and squeezing workers for more productivity I could go on and on like I have to management but I've seen no resolution
