From your review, I think that you are still working with us as you don't mention having left the business. Although you are correct that we don't have an HR department as such, there are lots of people around the business that you can speak to openly and honestly so I really hope that you will reach out to myself (or someone else if there's someone else you would feel more comfortable speaking to).
