2yFirstly, I am so sorry that you've left Octopus Energy Services feeling this way. Although this isn’t the feedback we want to hear, it's important for us to have candid feedback so that we can pinpoint where we may not be delivering when it comes to our employee experience.
We have worked hard on creating an environment where open and honest feedback is welcomed and used as a way to learn and move forward. We try our best to encourage our colleagues to approach any Manager across Octopus Energy Services about how they are feeling. However, we know this can be daunting and doesn’t work for everyone so we also provide Office Vibe as an anonymous way to give us feedback. I'm sorry that neither of these options allowed you to come forward and feel heard whilst you were part of our team.
