We take your concerns seriously—especially around job timings, workload distribution, and fair pay for skilled roles. We are continually reviewing all of these things to ensure they as fair and as accurate as possible. We are committed to keeping our focus on what made Octopus special in the first place: a company that puts its people and customers first.
