Overall I've got very good things to say about Onoff. There is still a lot of innovation and talent around in here. The company is now 10 years old and is maturing very gracefully. There is still lots of room for improvement, but overall it looks very good. - pro C level exec's. CTO and CFO are very smart people. And CEO is the coolest guy you'll ever meet - office is great, thanks to the women in HR and office management, who try to keep people happy - tech stack is a pretty good balance between modern and battle tested technologies - very smart and friendly colleagues - lots of freedom

- priorities change quite often, sometimes it's hard to plan too far ahead because of that - sometimes the company tends to slip into bureaucracy and with adherence to processes obstructing real work - product based communication can use some improvement
