It really did feel like a family at OpenKey. Management worked to guide employees towards success, as a parent would. While the lighthearted atmosphere allowed for jokes and fun between employees.

My time at OpenKey was not exactly a profitable time for the hospitality industry, as such, funds were tight.

Great product, very tech-forward company, relaxed culture, great momentum in the market and well funded by strategic investors.

typical startup cons like lean staff, lots of things still being worked out, thin culture due to pace of business and a startup office environment (ie, not super deluxe)
