Employee morale is low, non acquisition employees are very low paid, company wants you to do more / take on more with no raises or promotions, pay vs. market is not comparable at all, have a "either you like it or don't let the door hit you on the way out attitude," managers are very well versed and helpful but aren't able to help get employees what they need pay wise or promotion wise due to red tape, very political
