Historically, Oracle had always been a great place to make big money as a sales rep, but even that is changing. Some of the products are good and some of the people are good to work with. Good benefits.

The organizational structure is a mess. Too much in-fighting, chaos around accounts, "jump-ball" products that multiple groups can sell leads to lack of collaboration and information sharing. More and more clients are getting tired of dealing with Oracle, making it difficult to sell anything there.
