Vantaggi
- the flexible benefits are ok - good brand name (although that's getting debatable in the tech world) - pace is slow - good if you don't really want to contribute and want a relatively stable position, or if you want to retire
Svantaggi
- too much politics. Directors here are constantly trying to one up another to look good to their bosses, without actually caring for quality of work put in. They care more about 'showing face' than actual work. - no one really bothers to learn about the products they are selling & business leaders don't really understand the business or the general tech landscape at all - no increment / progression - learning is very slow - they promote a 'self-service' culture which is just code word for 'couldn't be bothered to give you guidance' - a lot of managers are micromanagers - likes to monitor your movement, have zero trust for employees, are very nitpicky about small details. fails to see the bigger picture, and does not care for the right goals. Also very lazy - unwilling to lift their fingers for a simple task as changing a single word in a powerpoint deck, for example.
