Quick to RIF when their "numbers" are not matched. Process adherence is only used asa beating stick with those who are not "pals" with management - the metrics are faked/massaged/fudged to the point of falsehood and irrelevance, yet still used for "business decisions" and to make managers "look good" (I hit my numbers! See? Are you not entertained?). Very shady and unethical. Engineers told to "play in the grey area" on a weekly basis. If you're looking for real, objective performance reviews on an annual basis or even cost-of-living increases, go elsewhere - the "reviews" are a checkbox exercise for managers, and nothing is invested in the professional growth of a top-talent individual. Pay? Right - they pay the minimum - far below the industry average. Upper-Management Integrity? Nope - they will either obscure the facts or flat-out lie to a customer just to make themselves look better. This is across the boards, all management teams, as if they have a mandate from above their pay grade to do so. tl;dr - This is where careers go to die. Avoid at all costs.
