- Company culture is not well defined - VERY poor visibility in terms of performance, it is difficult to feel like your work matters in such a large company - Effort tends to get undervalued ( if you sit at your desk all day doing nothing or actually make an effort to make phone calls management doesn't really reward you all that much for doing the latter) - The experience you have at Oracle is HIGHLY dependent on your territory, manager, and technology pillar (what you are selling) which can be very very discouraging
