The company was very organized, had very efficient procedures in place, and had creative and fun methods of training.

Svantaggi

The management structure allows for micromanaging, which can be intimidating to associates. Also too much pressure on sales, needs to focus more on customer relations.

Thank you for the review of your former job at PUMA! We´re glad that you liked to work at PUMA. PUMA has not had retail stores in Hawaii over the last 5 years. Since then much has changed. In 2013, Bjørn Gulden (CEO) introduced PUMA’s new mission statement: To be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world. This new strategy led to several restructurings which improved our internal processes. We wish you the best for your further career!
