-international environment -many activities and benefits -dynamic work style -family-orientted - gym on site

-highly cutthroat approach - colleagues being encouraged by the leaders to act selfishly in spite of other maybe more skilled colleagues. - not scalable for the future - the company is growing but the teams setup don't make sense - again because there are some people who are 'protected' by leaders - leadership skills misunderstood - the CEO clearly has a strategy but the moment it cascades, the strategy is lost. Leadership doesnt only mean being ruthless or checking some boxes to look good, it's about building a sustainable and inclusive strategy , empowering others, be kind.
