The Leadership and the Sales team sign clients that are not a good fit for the agency which puts the Account Managers in a horrible position trying to manage the programs. Account Managers also have too many clients in their portfolios to manage which results in overworked AM's and under producing programs for their clients. There is also so guarantee of regular employee performance reviews and salary increases. Employees have gone years without even a cost of living raise while expectations for them to increase profit for the company increase significantly every year! There is alot of promises with no delivery.
