But again, going through these roads you will learn and never fear in future as a DBA. ||Work Culture|| You have Linux admins, Cloud Admins, windows admins, VPs, SVPs, Directors right next to you. Any issue you just pick your laptop and go there, no ticket needs to be generated 99% of people won't say no when it comes to knowledge sharing here. Higher managements are themselves DBA and understand what is feasible and what's not. You don't have to spend hours on meeting where you have to make someone understand why you can't perform that task.
