Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear you are enjoying aspects of Planview that are central to our culture and values. We consider the Planview values when making decisions about strategy, policies and how we invest in our employees. We encourage all team members to recognize the work of others through our High Five program which is aligned to our core values and ensures we are calling out behaviors and actions of individuals that align with that culture. As the business grows, building an organization with a clear job architecture and pay structure is critical to our talent strategy. We are working with leaders to align our jobs to new Career Framework leveling and job families. This will further our efforts in pay parity and transparency across roles. We are a performance-based organization, and high performers will still receive commiserate rewards, but we will continue to review pay and leveling annually.
