Svantaggi
My non sugar-coated take: A stressful, overloaded environment where collaboration is null because employees create unnecessary competition in their heads, or the team just treats you like a working dog. I saw multiple people lose the light in their eyes within 3 weeks of working. There isn't any formal training, so be ready to get thrown into wild fire. Family, hobbies and social life? Genuinely be ready to accept that you won't have time for that anymore. Also, from the Business side to even the Tech side, from associates to directors, there is excessive gossip. Think people aren't talking behind your back? Think again (even if you mind your own business). I’ve worked in multiple corporate environments, and I have not witnessed this much unprofessionalism and inhumanity until I worked here. Be ready to play the blame game, the company needs training on how to be honest. Afraid of speaking up? You should be. Thinking about upskilling? If you plan to stay here, it’ll be even more difficult to find new opportunities later on because of no upskill programs. You work for those above, and it’ll become crystal clear once you enter this company. I know the job market is bad, but your physical/mental health is worth more than anything. Don’t forget who you are. Don’t forget that we’re all human. After entering a new company, I feel so relieved and happy. If you value yourself, don’t do this to yourself and if you’re still learning how to, the sooner the better. Grow professionally elsewhere.
