      Leadership is out of touch with reality which negatively impacts the company's performance and employee tenure. The best employees end up leaving because they know they can do better. The worst as well as those too scared to leave end up staying. In 5 years this company won't be around unless they sell it.

      Can get quite busy at certain times of the year. The building hosts so many events per year the parking lot can be congested. Plan ahead if you know of a major event you are attending or come early.
