HR in need of a serious review - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Prada

I have worked with a number of different brands in the past but the HR for the Prada stores is by far the worst I’ve come across. They don’t know what the teams actually want in terms of personal progression because there is a lack of communication and collaboration. It’s very reactive and impulsive and there appears to be no planning or thought behind the decisions being made.
