- blame culture, whether business is performing or under performing the feedback from local HQ management is always negative - local HQ management’s intense fear of Italy HQ and UK CEO fosters culture of panic and lack of clarity in terms of decision making - UK CEO “favourites” intensely protected and bullying is frequent - middle and senior management obsessed with performance management and sacking people - seeing this as an opportunity to raise their profile - cult of personality led by UK CEO - it’s all about pleasing her, nothing else matters - incidentally company obsessed with Glassdoor feedback and will spend many moments gossiping and predicting author of this review - time would be better spent becoming better people
