- Most charismatic CEO I ever worked for - A GTM/Sales Team that us genuinely Customer-first rather than Commission-first, spear-headed by a genuinely effective Solutions/Industry team of uniquely credible domain experts, e.g. Customer Intelligence + Insurance teams are on fire - among the best GTM motions I've ever seen. - Surprisingly few jerks, at least compared with anywhere else I worked - Invested in growth; key strategic teams well-resourced. - No live SKO/RKO - those things are timesinks. - Good internal comms - Sensible hybrid working practises - Top tier and top drawer clients

Svantaggi

- The flip side of well-resourced strategic teams is muscle can become fat. - A flip side of no live SKO is regional silos. - Tensions in an increasingly fast tech market dynamic between being innovative, agile, and technically proactive versus approved, branded, glossy market positioning. - If you want promotion, probably advantageous if you know some Big 4, SAS, HSBC or NetReveal banter
