- Chaotic board-leadership-director connection which creates a culture of unnecessary deadlines and pressure - Can be too autocratic - at times the leadership are not getting the most out of their teams but piling low quality/reactive work on them which ultimately isn't growing the business but is an internal PR exercise - New hires can be very hierarchical and seem to have come from big banks/big 4 and have that sort of mentality. E.g. the same people smiling and joking with senior leaders change their tone completely when talking to managers/ICs - Working late is part of the culture, which can be difficult for those with young families - No share options yet - Average parental leave
