I'm really sorry to read your post. As you may know we've just completed the extensive, company-wide, Purpose, Vision and Values programme, inviting everyone to contribute to codify our culture. To launch our values, we've sent a wellbeing launch pack to every Quantexan worldwide. This is the very beginning of our journey and we have a lot more work planned.
