Very dynamic environment, product strong technically, opportunity for growth

Business side was a bit weak, made some mistakes converting growth

The team is like a family; really great people to work with. Huge room full of free snacks. Breakfast every Friday. Challenging projects.

Need to better follow Agile or Kanban processes. Can be long hours with weekends. Have to be able to change on a dime. It can be hard to follow long-term roadmaps. The different product teams need to interact better.
