I sincerely apologize if you feel that your RFA experience went from positive to negative over time. This decline is certainly not part of our mission, nor is it a typical experience within our company. We pride ourselves in having the ability to provide an engineering experience where employees can develop some of the coolest products for some of the worlds biggest and best companies, all the while working for a small company with small company culture. Our internal team structure helps support new employees get up to speed by providing client specific training and mentorship within the group. The quicker we can get an employee up to speed, the sooner they feel a part of the team and are rewarded with success. While it is true that we have been growing recently, and there have been changes when it comes to infrastructure, training, and our client base, one thing has remained consistent: accessibility. All partners within the company are active in the day to day business, and all have an open-door policy when it comes to suggestions or comments from any and all employees. Since we are a small company, employee input carries a lot of weight with management decisions. Many of the latest system upgrades, and policy changes are a direct result of employee suggestions that were communicated to the management team. I would agree turnover can be challenging and frustrating however, when it does happen, generally it provides opportunities for others to move up within the company. Each person we employ is hand-picked from a much larger group and we consider them a part of the RFA family. It hurts when someone leaves, but ultimately, we want what’s best for the employee and their career. Regarding financials, it would be irresponsible to run a company and not consider financials with all decisions we make. In the end, if the decisions we make run the company out of business that isn’t good for anyone. We are acutely aware of the fact that over 400 employees rely on us everyday to make sound financial decisions. Again, I’m sorry things didn’t work out to your expectations, and I hope your next position gives you what you are looking for in a career!
