Thank you for your positive review. Unfortunately we have limited car parking space available. The fairest way to allocate spaces is on a length of service basis – we operate a waiting list to ensure spaces are allocated when available. In close proximity to our offices, you will find public car parking averaging at around £3 to £4 a day. There may be an option to purchase a discounted pass at these sites. Alternatively, our main offices in Telford and Hitchin are well served by national rail services with stations just a short walking distance away.

Both the management team (especially my team leader) as well as my fellow co-workers were all great to work with. I definitely felt supported overall and I could easily go to anyone with any issues or concerns that I had. The pay is decent enough with a great benefits package. Ample enough holiday time and appointment cover. The building itself is pleasant enough to work in with a decent canteen and coffee/refreshments shop. The proximity is really close to the train station and the town centre

For me PERSONALLY, I struggled with the work itself for what I was assigned to do. Also, having numerous CBT learning modules along with all the info that can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, added to my not being able to 'shut off' some nights when I went to sleep. Training - I personally felt like I could have had better training but someone else doing my exact role might feel like they could pick it up a lot sooner. To be honest, I personally can't find too much to fault with the place. Sometimes you can have all the will in the world but not be a good fit for the job. What I WILL say is that if you have the aptitude as well as the right attitude for working here, then you shouldn't really have too much in the way of complaints.
