      Orari flessibili significa che spetta a te gestire il tuo tempo. Tuttavia, poiché altri colleghi e il cliente hanno orari fissi, ciò significa che a volte devi essere disponibile più di 8 ore al giorno. Pessima gestione di alcuni gruppi di risposta, nel mio caso, da neolaureato mi aspettavo di essere seguito da una persona. Mi sono unito a una squadra e sono stato presentato le prime due settimane. Poi ero solo e dovevo fare presentazioni, rispondere alle domande del cliente, presentare nuovi colleghi. Voglio dire, stavo svolgendo le attività di un consulente senior ed ero sottopagato
