Unfortunately, aspects of senior leadership create challenges. Some members of the SLT appear to set their own rules, believe they know best, and are unreceptive to feedback. This can give the impression that not all leaders are adequately equipped for their roles. Recognition often feels inconsistent and selective, with little transparency around performance monitoring, which can lead to perceptions of unfairness and discrimination around performance reviews. It’s more of tactical approach to push people out. The company does not consistently live up to its stated values of honesty and integrity. There is a strong focus on short-term decision-making rather than long-term strategy, which contributes to ongoing instability. Office culture also needs significant improvement. Several senior managers regularly ignore employees (even in their own team) an issue raised by multiple people. Whether this is due to hierarchy or lack of confidence, it creates an unwelcoming environment. As a result, many employees question whether the organisation truly operates as one team. I would not recommend this company unless you are comfortable working in an environment of constant change, job uncertainty and lack of praise.
