Ultimately, it's unsuccessful because they are too stuck-in-their old ways and leadership doesn't know how to change. New leadership was brought in, only to be set up to fail. So, as long as they stick to their roots, they continue to do well as a company. Be wary of any position that is new to the organization and business model.
