Well well --- just do a filter to Singapore and you will see the average score is 2.8 (from 35reviews).. wow , big wow.
US scores 3.9, HongKong 4.0.
The number is pathetic.
I don't even have to write a long review, and you can basically tell . The number speaks volume of the management in APBC.
Most of them are just leeches, good for nothing managers.
This include the numbers of top management as well as the middle managers.
An incredible number of non value added managers here who just wanted to get paid like a fat cat and suppress those under them like a communist company, except this is not China Pte Ltd!!
Unbelievable isn't it.
So what have they done for past over 12 years, you wonder?
Basically nothing but pacify the ex APBC VPs , did nothing to promote good hard working employee but only promote the ones that said "YES" and wonderful to the King with the invisible robe.
Another thing I wanted to point out -- if you scrolled through the 35 reviews, you don't see a single response from the APBC/ASIA HR..... WOW.
So is HR even in existence? Other regions HR do encourage / engage their disgrunted employees -- merely looking at how the response to the reviews in their region but NOT in Singapore
