1. Boring Work 2. Some Managers do not go through proper training in how to be a good manager. 3. Lack of advancement opportunities, once you are trained for a product, get ready to do it for the rest of your career. I have been in my position for 8 years and I would not recommend my friend to do so. The maximum you can do in the position is 2 or 3 years and no more than.

Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

Svantaggi

Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
