Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.

Lots of change in management, systems, products. Some systems are outdated or highly matrixed. Not a lot of clarity over skill development or career paths, despite a positive general attitude and willingness to offer encouragement, but still no concrete steps or resources.
