Horrible leadership from CRO through VP levels unethical pay practices. RA looks for ways to not pay their sales reps. SIP plan purposly ambivalent. Just let go over 900 people . Constantly changing direction to fail fast but in reality they are just failing. lack of vision, direction, and no experience in upper management, is leading to micro management in the wrong areas and sales are suffering. RA hides behind covid but the real problem is the leadership.
