very few people is working - Recensione dipendente - Finance presso Rockwell Automation

Nobody really works,my role requires many cross functional teamwork which needs help from colleagues from different departments and different countries. When I reached out to them, most of the time , I got a dead end. there are no specific job scope for everyone,the roles for most of the people is very unclear.Very toxic working culture. I don't know what is my KPI and there are many stakeholders had been asking me to do all sorts of things. and my line manager did not give me a proper orientation so I was basically working in the darkness like a blind people, a lot of trial and error which can be avoided.
