Low base salary especially for seniors and certain premier AE’s. They get creative in different ways to pay you less. One premier team makes less base salary than the other, stupid decision that hurt morale and cause unnecessary friction in the org. Clueless, unqualified leadership. Some of the worst directors imaginable keeping their job year after year without meeting goals. Even getting promoted without exceeding goals. Promotions are tough for AEs and SDRs, No upward mobility - Very very tough to get promoted whether SDR to AE, AE to manager, etc. and highly competitive once a req opens. Raising quotas, cheaper better solutions taking market share. Job security is not here if that’s what you’re looking for. One person hit club and got laid off 6 months later for not meeting their monthly goals
