1. Indian Management clueless what to do. Its just short term focus to save self jobs which is ruining company in long run. SKF India is not able to grow volumes and loosing market share and just increasing revenue by inflation and price rise. 2. Yes boss people without knowledge and experience are getting promoted and good performers are targeted so that they resign and boss is safe. 3. The so called anonymous Peakon is for just name sake. Managers will try to find the guy and will screw him. I had seen many people getting targeted and put on PIP just because of this. Managers, Top Management & HR will Aling to throw the true people out so that they are saved. 4. No clear strategy, which changes in months time. 5. No career path. most of the good people have left and others are waiting to resign. Company unable to find good talent. 6. SKF group does not see India as focus market and are least interested in it. 7. HR is giving them self promotion every year while good performers are under paid and are never promoted.
