-Management does not care for employees, only does show off that they care. Employee is just another resource for them. Employee cannot dare to question or give suggestions. -HR in their world, don't care about employees, you have to beg to get things done even if its as per company policy. But you are not sure if work will be done or you will get reply. You will get frustrated at the end. -No job security, anyday one can hear you are no longer needed. -Even in middle of heavy pandemic, people are forced to report to office, even sales force asked to report, management must be having some serious logic for forcing people to report. Many other similar organizations had gone a step ahead for well being of employees, but in SKF it seems employees are not considered as asset. - You can't question much. Not outside in attitude

Great benefits, 8% 401,k match, great health insurance

They do not pay men and women equal, they pay new hires more, they won't upgrade systems and expect employees to work 12+ hour days for close due to so many system limitations and the "robots" they have to post JEs are the bane of all accountants.... Why we have to wait 2-8 hours for a JE to post is a joke. Their work around is to have someone in another country work even longer hours to post it manually....you are a machine not a person to them.
