Upper management has been expanded and is very much disconnected from the rest of the company. Decision making is very questionable and they mainly focus on making the most noise, i.e., short term cost cutting at the expense of everything else and strict time tracking but ignoring all the overtime. The fantastic culture has been gutted over the past years and not prioritized. Supposed budget for training/development/events that are constantly touted and previously available are all empty promises. Difficult to progress due to heavy focus on reducing costs. Many people have left or were fired in 2023 with barely any replacement. Bonus and salary improvements require fighting for and lag the calendar year (May/June for the previous year). No retrospective amounts provided for the delay and if you leave its gone. Upper management always talks about transparency and accountability but expect it to only move upwards. Serious lack of transparency or accountability trickling down.
