Internet Contrasts has always worked hard to ensure our employees are paid at or above industry standards for their skill sets and assigned jobs and dedicate time regularly to checking market standards and team competencies to ensure we care for our team. We've focused intently on helping our leadership develop through coaching & support to ensure they can properly lead and guide those under them as well, but we're sorry to hear you felt that a healthy work/life balance was not possible with us. We will continue to work on helping our leaders help our team develop higher skill sets to help our employees that struggle.
