The only progressive and exciting part of this company is the speed they boot their staff out of the door ready for next cheaper person. Misleading management. Roles and goal posts change to ensure they don't have to keep promises on pay. Over 100% attrition rate per year. Those that aren't terminated leave through too much stress and bad treatment. No empowerment. Management don't exhibit the ethics they preach. My advice: avoid.
